Studio visits: We have a regular pop-up shop and furniture painting classes at the Heart of the Country Shopping Village, near Lichfield, Staffordshire - where any piece of furniture can be viewed by appointment. Please call or email to arrange.
Delivery
We deliver by courier to mainland UK within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us with your postcode for a delivery quote. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Following your order we will contact you directly to arrange delivery at a convenient date and time.
Alternatively, you may pick up your purchase from our studio in Lichfield, Staffordshire – please contact us to arrange by appointment.
You may return non-custom furniture items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding delivery costs.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us at Ruby Rhino and we work very hard to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase or it is damaged, we will offer a refund (excluding delivery costs) or replacement, providing that you comply with our policy terms:
- Notify us within 7 days of receipt of the purchase, by email or phone
- Return the purchase unused and in perfect condition, in the original packing within 14 days
- Understand that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, so please ensure that goods are well packaged and labelled
- Refunds will be given within 30 days of receipt of the goods by us
We cannot offer refunds on:
- Purchases returned after 14 days of your receipt, or where you have not notified us within 7 days of receipt.
- Deposits of 25% paid for bespoke designs if the order is either cancelled or no longer required, but the work has commenced.
We are not responsible for damage to any products outside of the above time frames.
